Last week I learned that my Variahex quilt is one of the twenty quilts to go to Germany, 11 - 13 mei in Karlsruhe (www.nadel-welt.de) and to The Quiltfestival Noord Groningen, The Netherlands in June!
I have to say I'm happy and a little proud too.
So this is where I spent so many hours lately: quiltingframe, Ipad, glasses, thee, phone and the remote because I like to listen to the tv or radio while working, everything I need around me :-)
Vorige week kreeg ik het bericht dat mijn quilt één van de twintig is die naar Duitsland, 11 - 13 mei in Karlsruhe (www.nadel-welt.de) gaat. Daarna, in juni nog naar het Quiltfestival Noord Groningen.
Ik ben blij en ook best een beetje trots.
Dus dit is waar ik al heel wat uurtjes heb doorgebracht, en nog zal doorbrengen; quiltraam, Ipad, telefoon, thee, afstandbediening en mijn bril hihi. Alles wat ik nodig heb om lekker bezig te zijn.
Ik schiet dan ook best al lekker op met het doorpitten.
